We want you to book with total peace of mind. Our "No Solution, No Charge" guarantee means that if our technician arrives and is completely unable to diagnose or resolve your technical problem, your upfront payment and deposit will be fully refunded.
What is considered a solution?
Please note that successfully diagnosing a hardware failure (e.g., a dead motherboard, RAM) or advising that a device is unrepairable and needs replacing is considered a completed diagnostic service, if there is still time remaining we will help with ordering the required part or advising on the replacement system. When the replacement item or new system arrives you can choose whether or not you call us back out for the repair/setup or another technician.
