What does your "No Solution, No Charge" guarantee mean? +
It means you can book with complete confidence. If our technician arrives and is entirely unable to diagnose or resolve your problem, you won't owe us a cent. Please note that successfully identifying a terminal hardware failure or advising that an outdated device needs to be replaced counts as a completed diagnostic service, with detailed information provided for the quote inadequate systems should be identified without a visit.
How much do your in-home services cost? +
We value honest, transparent rates. Our standard service structure is a $70 base call-out fee (which covers travel and your first 30 minutes of diagnostic time on-site). If the work takes longer to complete, it is simply $30 for every additional 15-minute block after that. This flat pricing ensures you always end up with a clean note denomination that is simple to settle.

On-Site Card Tap (MYOB & NAB)
We accept secure on-the-spot card payments via MYOB and NAB Tap to Pay. You can simply tap your Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay directly onto our secure technician phone upon job completion.
Instant PayID & Bank Transfer
We support instant PayID transfers using our business details, bypassing the need for complex BSB and account numbers. Standard direct internet bank transfers are also completely welcome for workshop packages.
Cash Payments
If you prefer to settle your invoice using cash on-site, that is completely fine! An itemised, official PDF tax invoice and receipt will be instantly generated and emailed straight to your inbox.
Do you fix internet connection issues or in-wall phone cabling? +
Under strict ACMA regulations, we do not work on raw physical NBN infrastructure line wire feeds, boundary street pits, or internal in-wall telephone exchange cables for that you should contact your ISP. However, our services start from your home router outwards! We specialize in troubleshooting slow/bad Wi-Fi ranges, resolving printer dropouts, connecting smart devices, and optimizing/building your home network.

We regularly look after home setups across the northern suburbs corridor. If you reside just past our primary service border line, please feel free to drop us a line or request a callback anyway! Depending on our travel scheduling blocks for that week, we can often arrange an appointment visit out to you.
