📅 How to Book & Pay for Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth and secure booking process, we require a booking payment to be completed before selecting your appointment time. Please follow these 4 simple steps to secure your booking:

Step 1: Know Your Payment Amount

  • For Standard In-Home Support (Hourly): A $39 booking/callout deposit is required per hour booked. This secures your booking and will be deducted from your final invoice once the job is complete.
  • For Fixed-Price Workshop Packages: Full upfront payment for your selected package is required (e.g., $199, $279, or $329).

Step 2: Make Your Secure Payment

Please transfer your deposit or package payment using our secure details below:

Step 3: Save Your Payment Reference Number

Once your payment is sent, your bank or receipt will provide a Payment Reference Number (or Receipt Number). Please copy or write this number down, as you will need it for the next step!

Step 4: Choose Your Time

Click , select the service you need, and choose a day and time that works best for you. Fill in your details, and paste your Payment Reference Number into the required box at the bottom of the form.

(Please note: Successfully diagnosing an unrepairable issue or advising that a device needs replacing is considered a completed diagnostic service).
